PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR PARCEL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

It's important to us if buyers are 100% happy with your purchase from Hercules Store.  We offer a 30-day right of exchange or refund on our products, so buyers can buy with confidence. Please be in action with the following guideline.

  • Please return the item within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or exchange.
  • Please contact us for a return/exchange. The buyer must contact us prior to dispatching the item otherwise, we have the right to not accept any unauthorised returns and we do not take responsibility for shipping accidents.
  • Please allow us 1-2 business days to deal with a return request. We will email the buyer with a return address.   
  • All items must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes. We reserve the right to refuse return and refund if a product is in poor condition if: damaged, used, stained, etc. 
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise which is returned because the buyer purchased the wrong size/colour or because they don’t like the item (no defects). Buyer has the option to provide a pre-paid shipping label for exchanges. Original postage charges are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee a refund if buyers do not follow the guideline above or the return is subject to a restocking charge equal to 15% of the item’s original purchase price.



Faulty or Defective Items - Refund & Replacement

ITEMS THAT ARRIVE DEAD ON ARRIVAL ARE DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.

1) Courier damages or missing goods:

The package of all orders is checked before dispatch and leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If buyers receive the goods and they are damaged, do not take receipt of the goods or sign for them. The courier will then return the goods to the original dispatch location Hercules Store. The buyer MUST notify Hercules Store with pictures within 24 hours if this occurs. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being liable for the goods. We will arrange prompt corrective action and resend the buyer's order.


2) If you want to request a replacement:

  • Buyers must check the item for faults immediately and report it to their nearest Hercules Store for a manufacturer warranty claim. We reserve the right to refuse claims made after the time frame of the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Photos may be requested from the Buyer as proof of fault.
  • We are liable for sending replacement warranty items back to the buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that the buyer reported. In this case, the buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
  • All items must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.
  • We must receive all returns within 14 days of accepted delivery. If an item is returned after 14 days of the accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns are to be approved and authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed. 


3) If you want to request a refund:

  • The buyer must contact us prior to dispatching the item otherwise, we have the right to not accept any unauthorised returns and we do not take responsibility for shipping accidents.
  • Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.
  • Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.
  • All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE a refund will be issued.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.

We cannot guarantee a refund if buyers do not follow the guideline above.

In respect of all claims, the Hercules Store shall not be liable to compensate the customer for any delay in either replacing or remedying the workmanship or in properly assessing the customer’s claim. Please click here for Hercules Store Warranty Terms And Conditions.
