14 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

It's important to us if you're 100% happy with your purchase from Hercules Store.  If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your item, you can simply return it for a refund or exchange.

- You can return item within 14 days of original purchase date for a refund or exchange.

- Please complete 'return form' for your return/exchange (or email us to sales@herculesstore.co.nz) before you return your item. 

- Please allow us 1-2 business days to deal with your return request. We will email you with a return address.   

PLEASE DO NOT SEND BACK YOUR PARCEL WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

- All item must be return in its original conditions.

Product is in poor conditions can not be accepted for refund if: damaged, used, stained, etc.. We reserve the right to refuse return and refund. 

- The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise which is returned because buyer purchased the wrong size/color or because they don’t like the item (no defects). Buyer has the option to provide a pre paid shipping label for exchanges.

- All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee for products purchased.

- Original postage charges are non-refundable.

-Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.



FAULTY OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS - REFUND & REPLACEMNET

Items arrives DEAD ON ARRIVAL is damaged or defective.


If you want to request a replacement:

-Buyers must check item for faults or damages immediately and report it to us via e-mail(sales@herculesstore.co.nz) within 48hrs of receiving items. We reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame.

- Photos may be requested from Buyer as proof of damage.

-We is liable for sending replacement warranty item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that buyer reported. In which case, buyer will be required to pay for -return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.

-All items must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes.

-Returns to be accompanied by 'Return Form' which will be emailed to buyer upon notification of problem.

-We must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and -authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed.


If you want to request a refund:

-Refunds will only be offered on items that arrive Dead on Arrival, are damaged in transit or are defective AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality.

-Buyers must check item for faults or damages immediately and report it to us via e-mail(sales@herculesstore.co.nz) within 48hrs of receiving items. We reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame.

-Refunds will not be offered after the item has been used.

-Refunds will not be offered if buyer changes their mind(not because of defects) after 14 days of original purchase date. 

-All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE refund will be issued.

-The following applies to refunds offered under any/all circumstance other than those listed above:

-Items must be returned at buyer's expense using registered post or equivalent.

-Items must be returned in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories.

-We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned in an unreasonable condition.

-We must receive all returns within 14 days from accepted delivery. If an item is returned after the 14 days from accepted delivery, we reserve the right to refuse claims made after this time frame. Item returns to be approved and -authorized by Seller before an arranged return is executed.

-Refunds are processed by us at the end of each week.


ATTENTION: ONCE USED, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT GOODS BACK EVEN WITH A VALID REASON(SUCH AS MANUFACTURING FAULT).
