Delivery Information

Delivery Times


Delivery time is dependent on our stores’ inventory levels in your local area or nearby region. If an item is in stock, our team will dispatch the item out to you within 1-3 working days, after your order has been processed. (90% of orders placed before 12 pm get same-day dispatch, bespoke product excluded.) You will receive a notification when your order has been processed and you will also receive an email when your order is dispatched to advise you that the item is on its way. Your order will be shipped to you mostly via Toll NZ and PBT Freight. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

  • Smaller items are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. (Rural Home Delivery will take longer and usually adds another 3 days to your delivery timeframe).
  • Larger items go through freight and are usually delivered within 4-7 business days. (Rural Home Delivery will take longer and usually adds another 3 days to your delivery timeframe)
  • In general, all the garden shed/Le Cozy outdoor furniture items are linked with the stock level of our Auckland warehouse. If the order you placed for those items will be sent from our Auckland warehouse.
  • In general, all other product items are linked with the stock level of our Wellington warehouse. If the order you placed for those items will be sent from our Wellington warehouse.
  • It's recommended to ask about stock availability prior to placing an order if you wish to pick up your order from our Hercules Store in Christchurch. 

If the item is temporarily NOT available in a particular warehouse location, we may need to transfer the item from other store branches in the country. If this is the case, the delivery time may take a little longer. Transfers typically take 2-4 working days, you will receive an email to notify you of this, and you will be contacted when your order is dispatched. 

Around public holiday periods - please allow a few extra working days. During the Christmas period - please expect courier delivery to take a little longer than usual.


Shipping Charge


The delivery cost for your order depends on the type of product you are purchasing (in particular, the size and weight of a product). Generally, the shipping cost for non-rural areas will be calculated and displayed at checkout until you filled up your shipping details. We charge extra costs for rural delivery. If you wish your order shipped to a rural address, please choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method and contact us for a quote.  We will be in touch if we didn't receive your contact. 

In some situations, for example, your order is a bulk purchase, and your order is displayed at checkout with "Please Ask Us For Shipping Cost" Instead of a specific shipping cost calculated, please choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method and contact us for a quote.

  • Large items will be shipped to you mostly via PBT Freight.  You can use PBT Rural Finder to check if your address is in their rural address lists before you place an order.
  • Please contact us if you want to ship goods to Waiheke Island. 
  • Overseas deliveries are not available at the current stage.
