Payment/Layby

We provide a number of payment methods when you place your order online or in-store.

Online Order, We Accept:

• Poli Pay: Debit Card through our secure payment gateway Poli Pay. 
• Paypal: Credit Card through our secure payment gateway Paypal. 
• Gem Interest-free Finance: Get up to 12 months of instalment interest-free on purchases of $500 incl GST (our store rule) or more. 
• LAYBUY Interest-free: Buy Now Pay Later, spread the cost of your purchase over 6 weekly interest-free instalments. The layby limit depends on your credit account with the service provider.
• Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer): The payment details will be given to you when you proceed at checkout. Please deposit the payment within 3 days after the order is placed, otherwise, the item will be relisted. Payment via direct payment into our bank account will make the order process a couple of days slower, please allow additional 1-2 business days for delivery. Orders must be paid for in FULL before shipment or collection. 

In-store or Phone Order, We Accept:

Cash/Eftpos/Credit card/Internet Banking/LAYBUY/Gem Finance/Q-master card

• A 2% surcharge is applicable for all credit card transactions. 
• GEM CreditLine Swipe & Go Credit Card: Swipe the card at an Eftpos terminal on the check account option and repaid over up to 4 months of instalment interest-free on purchases over $100 incl GST. 
• GEM Visa Swipe & Go Credit Card: Swipe the card at an Eftpos terminal on the credit account and repay over up to 6 months of instalment interest-free on purchases over $250 incl GST. 
• Q Master Swipe & Go Credit Card: Swipe the card at an Eftpos terminal on the credit account and repay over up to 3 months of instalment interest-free, no minimum spend. 
• Q card 6/12/18 Months Interest-free Payment Plan: Minimum spend required accordingly to our store rule, see below, 

             6 Months Fixed Instalment Plan is available on purchases over $250 incl GST. 

             12 Months Fixed Instalment Plan is available on purchases over $500 incl GST. 

             18 Months Fixed Instalment Plan is available on purchases over $1000 incl GST. 

Note: we have the right to verify your identity when processing the finance application. 

Important

Interest-free finance is a service independent of Hercules Store and as such your payment obligations will lie with the finance providers through the account you establish with them.  To use the above instalment finance, please be sure you are holding a credit account with the service provider. If you have any questions regarding your future payments or your credit account please contact the finance provider directly as we are unable to assist.
